Airwave 8.2.10.1 - no usage data after upgrade

Hi All,

 

I just recently upgraded from 8.2.9.1. to 8.2.10.1 and after the upgrade completed (took nearly 2 hours) there is now no usage data showing up on dashboards. 

 

The usage and client data graphs are flat lined at a value close to the last usage. 

 

Any ideas? going to try rebuilding onto clean Centos 7 now.

Hi,

 

Please open a TAC case to check the logs. The issue is due to RabbitMQ (mainly)or ALC's in the backend that may have got stuck or didn't restart properly post upgrade. Have you tried Restart AWMS from UI under System > Status page?

Could we try polling the controller once and see if there is any difference? Does the AP shows client count? Is it only the graph not updating?

thanks for the quick reply. as you have suggested - a reboot seemed to resolve this!

Hi Vishnu,

 

We are using IAP deployment so unfortunately cannot poll. 

 

The AP level graphs were also not working but they were showing client count.
