    We are running Airwave 8.2.2

    In reports:

    I am trying to understand why I have a dash instead of an OS in the OS column.  

    I am alos trying to understand why the Windows OS description doesnt contain a version such as Windows 7.

    We are using

    4550 & 4704 controllers on 6.4.4.8.

    The clients that are not reporting operating system, do they have browsers, or are they headless?

    Typically the browser info is used to identify the operating system.
