    Hi,

I've recently built an AMP 7.7.9 server for a customer and what we have found is that after upgrading some of their controllers from 6.1.2.x to 6.3.x a problem has shown up with some sites.

After the upgrade, the controllers show up in Airwave and everything looks fine however the AP's stay down and don't come back. Deleting and rediscovering seems to resolve the issue so its more of a nuisance than a real problem.

Anybody else had this and have a solution?

    Scottdoorey,

Since you resolved your issue, it is possible that we may never know what caused it, because even if we come up with a plausible explanation, you won't be able to replicate it.  This is in addition to the many possibilities of why this could happen.

We see this on the controller side occasionally. The APs will be up on the locals, but the masters will show them as down. GAP database gets out of sync.

thanks all for the replies. We found that after waiting about an hour, all the AP's showed up again.
