Network Management

Hello All,

I want to first apologize if this question has been answered. I looked around, but couldn't find anything that matched my specific problem. I recently enabled AppRF DPI and Web Categorization on my 7210s. It appears to be working on the controllers, but I am not getting the Web Reputation or Web Categories on Airwave. AMON appears to be working correctly, but I am not seeing any other signs of issues. Here is some info to go along with this.

 

AOS: Version 6.4.2.12

I would open a tac case. The controller looks like it is sending the traffic. Airwave somehow is not displaying it.

I will definately do that. Thank you for your help. I will definately post the resolution here as well.

Just wanted to post a resolution here. 

After working with TAC over the past week it appears I may have fixed it. I upgraded to 6.4.3.7 last night to gain the "Clarity" insight and as a result it looks like Web Reputions and Web Categories is now populating. I was previously running 6.4.2.12, so I am not sure if this was the issue or not. Hopefully its something someone can try. Thank you for the help
