Airwave Controller Error Mismatch

    Hi,

    in Airwave I'm getting the following error

    then when i click on it i get this message

    i have no firewall between Airwave and this controller, i have checked the password and the community and there are true.

    i have also other controllers , that work fine with the same configuration

     

     

    I can't find the cause of this issue any help

    Hi,

     

    Had that problem earlier today. In my case it was a firewall policy blocking SSH towards controllers. Hope it helps.

    Hi Raouf,

     

    Just a quick one. Had a chat with TAC guys, and issues in my case was that SSH executed commands were not having enough time to run due to lag on LAN. Fix was to extend time allowed to 30sec (under Device Setup -> Communication). Hope it will help you as well.
