Airwave Group recommendation

    Looking for a general recommendation on a fairly simple setup.

     

    We have a redundant master pair with 2 local controllers, obviously these all have the same WLANs / auth / configured.

     

    We use Airwave for configuration monitoring only, so would it make sense to put all of the controllers + APs in a single configuration group in Airwave and create overrides for parameters such as VLAN interfaces etc?

    Yes, it could all be done in a single group.  Though I have a habit of breaking up my groups by device type, so I'd have at least 2 groups - 1 for controllers, 1 for APs.  That's a personal preference, but since you're only using the AMP for monitoring, it should be okay.
