Does the airwave hardware appliance has the license included?

On the online configurator it does not give you option of include them... at least not like the clearpass which when you configure it, it will give you option to add the license, or when you configure the controller which give you option to do so as well...

No, you need to add device licenses.

Aruba should fix this on the apptus....

Usually you would do enterprise licenses these days which aren't directly tied to AirWave.

What do you mean?

i mean for example if i pick a Clearpass HW appliance you do get option when configuring it to add licenses...

 

If i dont get option then i would think it has it...

Like  when you buy a  RAP3 and you dont get option  to put the power supply because it includes it...

 

With every other item its like this, but not with airwave, thats all im saying :/

Because nowadays you generally order the enterprise licenses with APs which includes the device license.
