[Airwave] VisualRF Plan not accurate display

           I have a problem for Test Airwave VisualRF Plan but Display incorrect position.

    I suggest making sure the size of the floor plan is as accurate as possible but are you running 8.0.0 or 8.0.1? if you search on the forum for visualrf and airwave 8.0 you will find a post regarding a possible issue with the html5 version of visualrf.

    if you switch back to the old flash based version is it more accurate?

    Which device is really at that position? and what does the black circle represent?

     

    We experienced some issues with accuracy on the heatmap, but the location seemed pretty good on 8.0.0.0 and upgradeing to 8.0.0.1 has helped.

    Just looking at your diagram, I would say that you do not have enough density for an accurate fix.  You need AT LEAST 3 access points on the same channel as the client for a reasonable location calculation.  Assuming that all three of those are not on the same channel, you do not have that requirment.

    We try setup airwave follow parameter and debug.please see below.

     

    Airwave info:

    Version : 8.0.1

    HTML5 : off

    RTLS port : 5050

    AP Channel provide :

    Device Status.png ** I don't know. Why will be setup same channel? 

     

    log debug  :

    I can receive log but not see detail

    airbus_snoop rtls_tag_report : not display anything.

     

    and When disable HTML5 VisualRF Plan display client see picture below.

    You simply do not have enough access point density for location tracking.  Typically you need 3 access points on the same channel as the client to be able to triangulate the client.

    We have the same problem as you describe.

     

    As you can see, we have in this map 8 APs and visual RF is not working:
