Our environment has a Aruba 7100 controller, Aruba APs, Airwave Server and some CISCO 1200 APs.

We have established WPA2-Enteprise SSID on the controller, along with 2 captive portales (employees and guest), however we need to add the CISCO APs to either the controller or the Airwave server and have them validate through WPA2-Enterprise. We are using the internal database on the controller. There is no Cisco controller on the network.

Is there a way to configure?

For the Cisco 1200s, are they running in autonomous mode?  If so, then you can use group based templates in AirWave for their configs.

Unfortunately, with 2 vendors in play, you can't simply add the Cisco APs onto the Aruba controller.  The APs will need the same SSID setup and captive portal.  Most multi-vendor covered customers utilize Clearpass to handle the authentication and captive portal portion to unify the 2 vendor component.
