Airwave & AP224

    I have recently begun an installation of AP224s. In the past when i have installed an ap it automatcially showed up in airwave after 15-20 minutes. (version 7.7.4) The 224s are not showing up. Does anybody have a solution

    Try upgrading to 7.7.8.  There were a bug fixes directly related to AP224/225 support in 7.7.8.  If the AP still doesn't show, then please open a support case as support for those models should be available.

    I agree with Rob but on the off chance you have copied the config from one IAP to another, make sure the "virtual-controller-key" is different across all the VCs as well or else if you have more than 1 VC using the same "key" only 1 will talk back
