We have airwave to manage our aruba network devices. We have configured Airwave to generate a mail when a device goes down. We would like to generate a ticket automatically in Servicenow..Is there any possible way to integrate Aruba Airwave and Servicenow????

Currently this is not supported. You can raise a feature request for the same.

Airwave integration with service now is not supported as of now and will be a feature request.

API are available on Airwave however, not sure if that helps with integration with service now. You can see the available APIs under Home --> Documentation tab when you login to Airwave.

    Hi,

Please use the Alerts and Triggers section on AMP to set triggers for any event which you would want to get a service now ticket created. For all such triggers, configure Airwave to send email to service now.

There is a way on Service now to open tickets for inbound emails.

    Regards,

    Quamruz.
