Airwave is not generating backup

    Hi community:

     

    The procedure of getting the nightly backup is taking too long time, there are days that even it doesn't generate. There is a way to improve this process? We need that backup to migrate the service to a virtual machine because it will give us a flexibility to increase the storage. the available space on the local storage is 53 GB available.

    We have to look in to system perfromance and data retention intervals to suggest changes, I would recommand to open TAC ticket.
