Network Management

Hi community,

i'm trying to use Airwave 8.2.3.1 to monitoring a network, based on IAP and hp switches, all added and installed.
The goal is to know when a client and which cilent is saturating/using too much network, but i can see only AP's usage not clients.
I'll need it on real time so... no reports.
There is a function that i missed? Or have any ideas?

If i can ask a second thing, i have switches which have lan clients, i can see "neighbors" and "connected devices" correctly, but can't see any client.

We could either create a custom view in clients>connected page to see the client usage section or set a client usage trigger from system>trigger page.

Regarding HP switch clients not showing in Airwave , may i now the model/firmware version?

on clients>connected is very useful, i searched it on "All" and there isn't a "usage" section, but can't be sort for usage? I can use a trigget to alert then going to "connected" and see who, but if i can sort for usage will be more easy to view.

Switches are:

HP J8770A 4204vl

HP J9022A 2810-48g

HP J9028B v1800-24g
HP J9776A 2530-24g

HP J9728A 2920-48g
HP J9853A 2530-48g

firmware is the latest updated on april (i can't reach them in this moment for write the exact name).

It is avaiable in client>connected pag, click on Arrow, it will ist New View option , click on this to create custom view.

Attached latest support device, guide, it looks we does not have complete support for the listed version.

What i meant is that i can't sort/order the view based on usage, but i use a trigger to alert when a client go over a certain usage.

Ok then i can't see lan client because switches aren't supported.

For switches there is something to do?
Cause my customer want a total control, if Airwave can't control lan clients he'll leave this project.
Portal for request a features redirect to HPE, and is now available at the moment.
