    Hi community:

     

    I have to create a definition to generate a report automatically every 15 days, due to high load in storage of the server caused by AppRF. I changed the data retention of AppRF to 15 days (before 30 days). So it is necesarry to create this report so I don't lose any data.

     

    If it is possible I want only one definition to do that because the migration process of the other customers will be easy.

    For a single report - the best option would be to schedule a weekly report that covers from '15 days ago'.  You'll get some overlap with that retention period, but it'll ensure that no data is lost.
