Is there a way to trigger an alert somehow(email for ex.) to alert when certain(s) user(s) are connected to an SSID on :

ClearPass Policy Manager 6.6.10.106403 
Aruba 7220 (US) Controller 6.5.1.9
AirWave Management Platform 8.2.7

Thanks for the help sir, is there any other tutorial for this with specific steps?, im a bit lost here since i dont know how to config the report and on the help you sent me i get a "An error occurred while processing your request.

This is in the airwave application.  You need to set a trigger under System> Triggers> Add New Trigger.  Create a new Connected Clients Trigger and then put the mac address into the mac address box:
