    Hi Adams,

     

    May I know cisco APs model/firmware version? We have support for cisco deivces.

    Did you try provision cisco APs on VisualRF?

    Hi,

     

    Beginning in AirWave 8.0.7, the following third-party devices are supported in VisualRF: l Cisco Controllers: 3650, 3850, and 8510 AirWave 8.0.10 | Release Notes 11 l Cisco Access Points: 1700, 2700, and 702W.

     

    There were some bugs which has resolved in Airwave 8.2.3.1 build.

    Please look in to below  8.2.3.1 release note
