I'm running Airwave 8.2.11.0. I've got a campus map that I'm trying to add to the background of Visual RF and it's just not taking it. Is there a resolution/file size limit for this? Granted, my map is pretty big (as it's our entire campus).

Nope. Doesn't work.

Tried change the background image file in 8.2.11.0 it is working fine. What is the size of image which you are trying to upload?

Check VisualRF audit log under VisualRF > Audit page and Visualrf.log under system > status page for any errors.

To narrow down issue,try upload smaller image and check the status.

When I hit save, the system pauses, then the page blinks like it refreshed, but nothing happens. There are no entries in the either log for the time I try to add.

Don't know what was wrong, but I cropped it slightly, dropping the file size to 10Mb and now it works. /shrug

I was able to upload it on my lab server running on 8.2.11.  Issue looks specific on your server. We would have to take a look at the logs to see what is happening. You can inbox me your email ID i can
