    My Client is dropping calls while using a certain application of video/audio calling. How can I see the client's traffic trends categorized w.r.t applications like facebook,netflix,skype etc ?

    Voice calls should be viewed from the UCC dashboard.  All other client application traffic is tracked with AppRF.
