Network Management

We are tryping to disable Airwave management for an IAP cluster however it doesn't seem to be working or not sure if we are doing it correctly. The only place we can find management settings is under the AP group for the IAP's and saying NO for "Manage local configuration on controllers" is this correct? If so how long should the push take?

If you go to the Virtual Controller and then go to the Manage tab check and see the Management mode is on , do you have it set to Manage Read/Write or Monitor only

 

When accessing the Aruba Instant Virtual Controller or the IAP that is the current master neither show the manage option like our phyiscal controllers do. That's why we are a little confused, only place we can seem to change any management options is under the group config.

Can you find the VC in Airwave , it should have an asterisk next to it from the list of Instant devices?

If you do then you should be able to see if it shows that is currently configured to be manage read/write

Yes and clicking that takes us to the "instant config" the basic tab has management options as show here and disabled for manage local config on controllers but again that seems to be applying to the group not the actual VC.
