Failed to convert IAP to Remote AP - VPN failed

    I hope someone can help me - I need to convert 2 x IAP (207 and a IAP225) to a Remote AP to be controlled by a controller.

     

    But during converting - we find that it laways fails during 'setting up VPN' status..

     

    We conencted the IAPs directly to the controller on the network, so it can directly connect and find the controller on it's IP. But unfoirtunatley it fails every time during 'setup VPN' ..

     

    I have attached the techdump support file form the IAP207. Can anyone have a look ..Thanks

    Did you add those access points to the RAP whitelist on the controller?

    Did you create a pool of addresses on the controller for those remote APs?

    check the following:
    - Did you configure a RAP pool?
    - Is the MAC address in the RAP whitelist
    - If you have CPsec turned on make sure the MAC address is in the CPSec whitelist
