    Folks,

    How can I get some support on the Airwave products/features? I know we have a licensed model of the Airwave deployed but is there any way I can find the serial number on this? Or the required details for a support contract?

    sorry for the delay posting this...

     

    Navigate under Home --> License and click on the license infomation.

    This shows the license information as well as the Serial number information.

    What can i do if i cannot see any serial number information?

    I do have valid LIC-AW licenses, but still Airwave shows:

    This is an evaluation version of AMP.

     

    Could this be related to some Evaluation Licenses (AW-EVAL) which are also still active on the server?

    Even if you have valid Eval Licenses still, there should still be an entry to see the purchased license info.  The home -> license table lets you click to see the details of the license key.  In the event that your license doesn't have a serial line, you can still provide support the license and they can do a reverse lookup based on the license key.
