one question today about registration airwave vm appliance in my hpe portal.

 

in 2018 we´ve instaled airwave with our partner and now I want to upgrade to the last version of airwave but I cannot download the packages from my hpen networking portal because the airwave appliance is not registerd.

 

How can I register the airwave vm appliance?

Have you registered the license first? This will be tied to your support contract and thus the credentials you can use to upgrade the appliance via the Support Center.

I´ve registered the lic at the first installation with my credentials of my networking portal.

 

I can see the lice under my licences but not included with software downloads

And have you used these credentials to attempt the upgrade?

I don´t have internet connection at the airwave appliance so I want to download manually the update files

I don´t have access to download it - my lics are at my networking portal and i must migrat to ASP first.

 

It´s really frustrated, I only want to update airwave appliance.

Could you try to use the Aruba portal instead of the HPE for the download? 

we migrate hpe networking portal to aruba support portal with help from a a aruba engineer.

 

so we could update the airwave appliance
