    Gmail's mail relay used tcp 587 and need to be authenticated with username and password.

    But I don't know how to configure...

    You need to configure postfix on Airwave manually.  Please see the attached.

    Just FYI authentication is not mandatory. The Google relay can be configured to accept mail from trusted IP's.

    Airwave can send mail via gmail now.

    Thank you, I was able to use this document to get airwave connected to office365 smtp server.

    Is this still required for 8.2.8.1?

     

    I attempted to run the commands but they didnt work via ampadmin->"11 Enter commands"

    As an ampadmin user you will have only limited access to Airwave CLI. Hence, wont be able to configure. You would need the shell access if we have to modify any file. You would have to open a support case as TAC can help you with the configuration from shell.
