    I need to build a new Airwave master, and I do know how to build an Airwave server, but I don't know what is the difference between building a airwave server and airwave master server. Is there any difference on procedures or they are the same. Any page or document that illustrates on new airwave master set-up?

    Hi Yunfeng,

    The installation procedure is always same. The license key determines whether the server will behave as a Master Console or as a standard AMP server.Once after completing the Airwave installation we need to copy paste the master console license in home -> license tab to make the server as Master.

    Master Console license is now deprecated in the new licensing structure.
    You would need to build Primary Airwave and Failover airwave instead or speak to your Aruba contacts to discuss Airwave clustering
