How to remove Glass association from Airwave server?

    Greetings friends, 

    My client ran into an issue with their Glass appliance and the appliance needed to be rebuilt. However, there was an Airwave server associated with Glass when this happened. The Glass appliance is wiped out and new, this was a new install so no data lost, but the Airwave server still shows it's associated with Glass so we are unable to add it back as a Managed AMP.

     

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove a broken association so we can add Airwave back in?

     

    Airwave version is 8.2.4

     

    I have tried rebooting the Airwave server. I've tried finding every mention of the old Glass server and removing those entires, I only found 1. I'm not sure where else to look to clean this up.

    A clean method for this hasn't been implemented yet.  You'll want to have your client open a TAC case for this.  It requires shell access on the AMP.
