Instant AP VC won't talk to Airwave after power outage

    Elementary school with 5 Instant Clusters. Building had power outage. 4 Clusters re-established connection with Airwave, but one did not. VC still has its config, so clients can connect, but it will not connect to Airwave (AMP) server.  Here's the "show log provision" from the VC.
