Location history for disconnected users

    Hi, new to airwave - i'm using airwave 8.2.11.0 and so far can replay location history for connected users. How do i replay location history for clients already disconnected, and how to generate location heatmap for the whole days like atmosphere 2016 demo ?

    Currently, the client location in VisualRF is for connect clients. VisualRf do not store information for disconnected clients. 

    Location heat map is present in the floor plan view. you need to start and stop to record the heat map for a period of time. The  recording can be played post that.
