Motorola VX9000 Controller Airwave

    Hi Guys,

    We're currently half way through a POC with Aruba and interested to see if Airwave can monitor our current Motorola \ Zebra platform.

     

    We have 2 x Motorola \ Zebra vx9000 but can't get them reporting to Airwave, they show as down with the following error;

     

    Status changed to 'Error fetching existing configuration'  

     

    Does anyone have any suggestions or can point me in the right direction?

    The "supported" Motorola devices are here:  https://<ip-address-of-airwave>/static/SupportedDevices/SupportedDevices.htm#SupportedDevices/Motorola.htm?Highlight=motorola  or Under Documentation> Supported Infrastructure Devices.

     

    Your device, since it is not explicity supported would have to just be added as a "Universal Network Device"
