Do you have an NTP server configured on your controller?  What is the configuration?

Can you confirm the NTP servers are reachable from the controller and correctly responding to NTP requests.

In the "st" column, if you have the value of "16" then this means NTP is not updating correctly. Also note that offset and disp are not returning values either.

Turns out the authkey was wrong somehow.

    Thanks for the help!
