No AP's online in AMP (cloud) server, while change WAN IP in DNS Hostname

    Hi there, we move our AMP server to new WAN IP.. so ll AP's in the field have a Airwave server IP set  like airwave.domain.com

     

    Now we restored new AMP environment (at new server with new WAN IP).. using the backup. We changed the WAN IP in domain dns settings so traffic to airwave.domain.com will be send to new WAN IP.

     

    Unfortunately after 30 minutes.. still no AP"s have been reported onlien in the new AMP server.. while wcan reach it on it new environment WAN IP using airwave.domain.com

     

    Must we reboot all Aruba AP's to make them find new AMP server?

    Have not seen this before.  Please open a support case to get additional debugging.
