Hi,

After AMP update to 8.0.4 (VM) the GUI seems to be dead?

I'm able to ssh to the VM and manage from CLI, but no gui.

Any help?

I have done two upgrades to 8.0.4, one in my lab and one to a customer.

Both works like a charm, i think clearing the browser cache, as MattF suggests, will help you.

No sadly. I have tried in 3 browsers and none of them works.

Oki, if you haven't tried a reboot, do that.

Otherwise try the amp_disable to stop det AMP application and do a amp_enable after that.

This is done in the CLI after you connect to the AirWave with SSH.

if you issue the command "daemons", are all services running?  Have you tried rebooting the VM?

Please open a support case.  Things to include:

/var/log/upgrade/AMP-upgrade-version-history.log

/var/log/upgrade/AMP-8.0.4-upgrade.log

Things to check:

# daemons

(are there 12-15 daemons running?)

# service httpd status

(is apache running?)

# service pound status

(is the login web server running?)

# root; svn info

# amp_version

(does URL from svn info match the version in amp_version? amp_version is a database field)

what to do with the pound status??

The problem is my SSL certificate, i found this link AMP SSL and followed the guide, but still im getting this error on pound:

[FAILED]

WEEEEEE 

it seems to me that i missed a step in the guide!
