Remove Down Devices for Airwave 8.0.3

    I have Airwave 8.0.3 and have been adding Alcatel Lucent OS6850. My remote site's seem to have caused an issue with the down device list not showing any rows. Is there a way to remove the devices via command line or a database editor. Attached is a screenshot of the list so you can see what I am. Here is a copy of the system event log too:

    There is a way. If you have not already, please contact support to ensure that you use the right command and if there is a bug, it can be reported and fixed.

    We suggest against direct database removal as it may leave some remnants in other tables.  It's best to do this operation from the GUI.  I suggest first upgrading to 8.0.4 (it's more stable).  Then go to an AP list view, select modify devices, bulk select the down devices and then delete.
