UCC Monitoring for Skype 4 Business

    Just set up UCC monitoring in Airwave which on the whole is working well - SDN manager is passing data to the controllers and they are then in turn passing the data to Airwave.  However we don't appear to be seeing all the calls from clients in Airwave as some of our users are making S4B calls and we don't always see those calls in Airwave UCC.

     

    Is there any reason why we might not be seeing all the calls made?

    Controllers or Instant?  What firmware version?  Can you also show the profile settings for the AMON feeds?

     #show mgmt-server profile <profile name>

     master/standby with multiple local controllers on 6.4.4.18.  Airwave is on 8.2.3.1

    Both master/standby are configured with the same AMON settings?

     

    If so, we'll probably need a support case to get TAC to look into the AMON messages to see if they are coming through for the S4B calls.

    yep all done globally on the master.

    they haven't got back to me yet, i've raised a call with our support team who would then raise a call with Aruba TAC
