    Hello,

    how can i prevent a user from getting the IP of the default gateway or how can i allow ips, only from DHCP?

    or that this port is then locked?

     

    i have an aruba 2930f switch

    Ensure the device that is providing DHCP does not offer the default gateway IP as a user IP. So exclude the IP of the default gateway from the IP address ranges being offered by the device doing DHCP.

    I've excluded the gateway IP from DHCP :) But what can I do about it if a user specifies the gateway IP as a static IP?
