monitor Ruckus with Airwave?

    has anyone monitored ruckus hardware in airwave? I'm wondering what detail of information you can pull from it. Thanks

    If you choose to, you can try adding Ruckus devices as 'Universal Network Devices' which will give you any data that's carried via basic SNMP (minimum is usually up/down status, device name, contact, location).  Though it'd really be a feature request to get Ruckus device support added in AirWave.

    we added a ruckus device. but we are unable to monited the device.

    device it showing up condition only.

    Please see Rgin's comment above.  The only supported devices are at https://<ip address of airwave/>static/SupportedDevices/SupportedDevices.htm>
