"Client Details" Missing in AirWave 8.2.4

    Hi Airheads Community,

     

    I have bee trying to find where to enable the "Client Details" page in our AirWave 8.2.4. Our IAPs are all in "Manage Mode" and under AMP Setup the "Allow disconnecting users while in monitor-only mode" is set to "no". Trying to find the answer on the user guide but I cannot find the instructions on how to enable this feature. I need to "kick out" a few users.

    Hi ,

     

     

    We dont have any specific setting to get clietns> detail page. When you click on any active client in clients>connected page, it will take you to clients>diagnostic page, under that we have details option aswell.

    if you are managing the network then keep "Allow disconnecting users while in monitor-only mode" setting to NO only.
