"Unknow Error - _ssl.c:477: The handshake operation timed out"

    Receiving the following error in ClearPass this morning:

    Unknow Error - _ssl.c:477: The handshake operation timed out
    Check Subscription ID, Network Connectivity, http_proxy credentials.
    Click on 'Check Status Now' after correcting the configuration.

    I can connect to my ClearPass via an internet connection so I am pretty sure that its network connectivity is working.   I've tried "Check Status Now' twice.  Running version 6.5.5.78974

     

    Anyone else receiving, have received, this error?

    Can you please try again by clicking on "Check Status Now?"

    Yes.

     

    Seems to be working now.  No more error.   "Done querying for updates from ClearPass Webservice"  Thanks.

     

    Was there a problem?

    We are looking into it.  Others saw the error message as well.

    I am seeing this same issue on both of my clearpass servers, any updates?
