I believe that the Allowable Contract Date is the deadline for submitting a response to a 470 posting.  Using 12/12/14 as an example, do I have until 11:59p.m. to submit my response?

The Allowable Contract Date ("ACD") is the earliest date/time an applicant can enter into a contract with a service provider; which is 28-days after posting the Form 470. Applicants are required to accept bids from interested service providers prior to the ACD.

For more information on the competitive bidding process and the 28-day waiting period, please visit the USAC Website at: http://www.usac.org/sl/applicants/step02/waiting-period.aspx

    Thank you,

    Dan
