PKI certs

I am trying to install pki certs on a Aruba 6000, the certs I am recieving from the cert authority are P7B format.
They will not install on the Aruba. Does anyone knoe the proceedure to convert these to a format that Aruba will accept?.. thx

What are you using the certificate for, management authentication, 802.1x, Captive Portal???

PKCS7 format is supported. The failure could be caused by the absence of the private key.
Did you generate the CSR on the controller?
What error were you getting upon upload attempt (via WebUI only)?

The cert request was generated on the controller, it is being used for Administrative webui, captive portal and 802.1x termination. The error is Error Uploading Certificate: Error in cert format

I have tried every format available and get the same error.
