Web Authentication Disabled

Hello Everyone,

Need help on WEP authentication. I want to use static WEP with 64-bit key, when I set it to WEP wireless client can associate to SSID and get IP address from DHCP configured in controller, but when I launch my web browser and start surfing, I get a message "Web Authentication Disabled, Please contact Administrator". This is a Guest SSID. Why is it giving me this message? However everything is working fine with my Staff SSID with WPA2 AES. I'm using Aruba 651 controller with Software and AP 105. Please help. Thank you so much.

Re: Web Authentication Disabled

That is because the "Initial Role" in your AAA profile is "logon". Go under Configuration> Security> Authentication> AAA profiles. Find your AAA profile and click on it in the left pane. In the right pane that opens, change the initial role in your AAA profile to something like "Authenticated"
