In my scenario, the employees can access wireless using 802.1x and after successful authentication redirects the user to the Device Registration portal in this step again the employee will enter the username and password to register his device.

can I disable authentication on the device registration portal so the user just needs to authenticate once?

Why layer device registration on top of 802.1x authentication?  You already have the employee username and authentication at that point...

the client using 802.1x with device registration, to limit the number of out of domain device (BYOD) the user can register only one, in case the user needs to bring another device he must delete  the old one.

You need to use Onboard for this. Device Registration is designed for headless devices only.
