    I'm trying to access the ClearPass protected wifi network. I have used EAP: PEAP, MSCHAPv2, userid, password, certificate "do not check." I am redirected to the ClearPass Onboard site...I enter name and password and the Chromebook hangs with message: "Waiting for ClearPass Onboard extension to load."

     

    Any ideas?

    Do you have access to the admin console ?

    Do you have installed release 37 or later on your chromebook?

    Thanks for the response.

    I do not have access to the Admin Console, but if provided instructions, I
    can provide them to the vendor who does.

    The version of the Chromebook OS is 39.0.2171.94 (64-bit)
