    Hi there,

I'm currently using Mactrac, and it is working fine except for the fact that "Active Sessions" under the guest portal are empty for the user that registered the device.

If I login as admin, I can see the sessions for the devices as active.

Also, if I disable the "Operator Filter" it also shows the devices and sessions. But if I set it to "only show accounts created by this operator", nothing shows.

Any ideia how to fix this? I want the users to be able to check active sessions for their registered devices.

    Thanks

The Active Sessions view is really an administrative view. It’s not designed for end users.

But my users need to know the IP addresses of their "mactrac" devices.

Is there any other way to do it other than "Active Session"?

Why do they need to know the IP of their device?

    "IOT".

They have to access the web pages of their devices, for example.

You’d need to leverage the API to create a web page for something like this as it is not a current use case covered by Device Registration. I’d also recommend you open a feature request.
