    Client scenrio:

    1. One MS Server 2003 IAS

    2. Existing Cisco wireless fat client in production

    3. Implementing Aruba wireless.

    4. Client does not want to interrupt current production.

How can we configure multiple remote access policies on a single IAS radius server?

All the hits I found on the internet does not seem to work.

It should be able to use the same policies just fine.  Just add the Aruba Controller as a radius client and you should be okay.  If you want to be specific, one of the remote access policies can contain a condition for NAS-IP so that you know you are only receiving traffic from a particular device.
