HI Aruba,

First time to see this error aleart. See attached alert error " NO LOGON SERVER". does this mean the AD server is not reachable?

Re: Alert : NO Logon Server

That means that ClearPass cannot talk to any AD servers in the domain....

How often does this happen?

Did you change the DNS server of clearpass to a non-AD server, perhaps?

Re: Alert : NO Logon Server

Hi cJoseph,

Thanks for your reply.

We didn't change any settings in the clearpass and few domain user encounter this reject status.

Our appliance is using ClearPass version: we see this few times when we checked that this user/machine  is being rejected . but after 3 to 5 min we notice that it will be accepted again.

I can't find any services being restarted in the Event viewer similar with the  windbind error (Radius service service is restarted).
