Android client failing authentication after successful onboarding

I have a Lenovo tablet that we successfully onboarding using the clearpass quickconnect app.  However the very next day, when attempting to connect to our wifi the device fails stating authentication problem.  I had a look in the access tracker and found the following:

Error Code:
Error Category:
RADIUS protocol
Error Message:
Request timed out
 Alerts for this Request  
RADIUSClient did not complete EAP transaction

I'm not quite sure what the next step is in troubleshooting this?

The error message means - Client/NAS did not reply to the Radius Challenge(s) sent by ClearPass. But it needs further debugging to confirm this. 


Please open a TAC case to troubleshoot this issue.
