I have a Controller 7005 with the latest firmware version 6.4.2.3. I'm trying to configure AppRF to block Youtube or Facebook, it seems like not running. I have already make sure AppRF is enabled, applied the AppRF rules into the right role. But still, I'm able to access youtube and facebook. Anyone encounter such an issue?

Do you have dns lookups enabled and Dns servers defined?

    Thanks,

    Make sure:

    1) Deep Packet Inspection is enabled under stateful firewall (per controller)

    2) Deep Packet Inspection is enabled on the user role in question

    2) DNS lookups are enabled on the controller

    ip domain lookup
    ip domain-name <domain name>
    ip name-server <DNS-IP-1>
    ip name-server <DNS-IP-2>
