Anyone have any issues with Apple TVs and AirGroup/AirPlay?

For the most part it seems to function as it should but we see our Apple TVs drop off the AirGroup Server list and randomly come back after a period of time or if we restart airplay on the Apple TVs, it seems weird because it's usually hours and no set amount of time that we can see this happening. We have sleep mode off on these Apple TVs and they are connected via ethernet so we know they aren't dropping off the network.

Controller is running 6.1.3.6-AirGroup, we aren't using ClearPass currently.

Did you find a resoution to this.  We just changed to 6.1.3.6 so that we could use AirGroup for Apple TV's in classrooms.  We are having the same symptoms that you describe above.

We got ours to work by putting them onto a specific wired vlan only for apple TV and gave them static IPs.  Even so they were dropping off.  We then changed the setting back to DHCP and then reconfigured the manual address settings with a different DNS and now we don't seem to have any problems.  Hope that helps!

We haven't created a new DNS but rather used our secondary DNS server.

Update:   After we applied the update to the Apple TVs (ATV6) we see them randomly drop off and then reappear again sometimes minutes or only seconds later at other times it is hours before they reappear.  It seems like each time the iPad changes APs airplay drops and then comes back.
