    Hi, I'm not sure if this is a concern or not, but I've noticed in the event viewer for one of our ClearPass server's a Monitor error for battery category. Description is "Battery local operations(put|get) failed". Can anyone shed some light?

    Found the following in battery.log; which I assume to be related:

    2018-02-20 11:01:01,384 ERROR Sync from node:10.XXX.XXX.XXX failed(http)
    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/usr/local/avenda/platform/battery/lib/battery.py", line 273, in http_sync
    chunk = self.http_read_chunk(res, SYNC_BACKLOG_TIMEOUT if backlog else SYNC_TIMEOUT)
    File "/usr/local/avenda/platform/battery/lib/battery.py", line 309, in http_read_chunk
    b = res.raw.read(1)
    File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/requests-2.4.0-py2.6.egg/requests/packages/urllib3/response.py", line 214, in read

    Please work with Aruba TAC.

    I jumped through an additional registration process to access HP's My Networking portal and have opened a case there. I assume that is what was meant by the gnomic "please work with Aruba TAC".

    You can also reach Aruba TAC via 1-800-WiFi-LAN.

    The battery service is having some type of error. I've come across an error that states "Battery Sync Unstable". It's easiest to have Aruba TAC access the backend of the system (Linux shell) and review more detailed logs. They will also be able to start/stop/create/delete/move any files or services from there.

    It's the best option as Tim mentioned.
