CISCO and ClearPass "could not determine role id for user clearpass"

    Hi,
    i have implemented a CleraPass (with guest self-provisioning) with a CISCO WLC.
    I used the integration guide of CISCO WLC and Amigopod.

    I have created the service like if the controiller was an aruba controller.
    The only difference is that instead Aruba:ESSID-Name i have use Connection: SSID.

     

    When the guest try to connect to SSID him is redirected to Captive Portal, he put the required information but when click on "Register" he receive this error:
    "could not determine role id for user clearpass"

     

    I have try to manually create a guest user, so he is able to login.

     

    do you have any idea?

    Packet-capture on Clear pass server can tell you what radius attribute coming in to server especially on radius-access request.

    Clear pass may drop and not return if we dont see the attribute config.

    I have tried to remake the guese self registration page and now all works fine.
